19 Set Ground Spike 1 Attachment(s) Hi, Looking for a 19 set ground spike insulated top, with clamp as featured in the bottom part of this photo, any condition. Thanks kevin. |

A propos your post...although all else appear to be WS No 19 related, the spike above the insulator is for a C42 set. Or, maybe since C42s were made by Plessey, that spike might be part of a Clansman radio kit. FWIW. |

The set is for a 34' D' Rods Antenna, this set is the British alternative for which the 34'/20' Canadian Antenna/Mast were developed to replace in 43/44. Comes with, 'D' Rods, spike, insulator, stays, plates, reamer, spares, pins, 'F' Rod adapter and a canvas 'golf' bag to carry it all in. http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...rialSpike5.jpg http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...29557mast1.jpg http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...29557mast4.jpg http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...29557mast3.jpg http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...29557mast5.jpg http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...29557mast2.jpg Geoff |

Hi, I need item 10, Insulator, but only really need the clamp part on top of the insulator, so one with a damaged insulator is also fine. kevin. |

Though... perhaps there is a significant difference between aerial masts used by the Canadian Army versus those used by the British army. Tim |
