Corn Roast And Swap Meet
 

Hi Everyone
Carolle and I are planning a corn roast and swap meet at our place in Merrickville. We are planning this with Stuart Hudak and what we plan to do is have a variety of information seminars on maintaining MVs, drink a beer, and then have the food.
I will open my garage and we will use the vehicle hoist to get under the smaller vehicles and while we are there you will be able to change your oil(bring your own).
We will also talk about minor body work, spray painting, brakes and anything else people want to talk about.
Bring the wives and we will send them into Merrickville for an afternoon of shopping, browsing etc. When they are finished we will pick them up. and have something to eat.
In the evening if we have enough people we will have a fire. Bring your chair
The invitation is open to everyone with or without an MV.
We have not had a good MV activity this summer. This will go rain or shine as we can alll hide in my garage from the rain (or the wives)
We will sent the official invitation this week and directions to our house. This is a BYOB, the corn is free. We will have other food, also, you can bring something.(Potluck)

when you search on the internet for Merrickville, you have to insert: Merrickville-Wolford.

We live 5 km past Merrickville on County Road 43 WEST; towards Smiths Falls.
The house will be on your left side if you arrive from Merrickville.

From Merrickville, you have to go over the locks and follow the 43 West towards Smiths Falls.
We are right off the 43.
There is no more green Volvo at the entrance but the Canadian flags are still there and you can see from the road the big white round shape of the garage at the back.


We are 20 km from Smiths Falls on 43 West.
