Check back in the past posts on this site. I am pretty sure either I or Derk posted the drawings for the wire cutter. There was a CFTO on how to make them..... they aren't hard.

As well, if you had mentioned to me that you were looking for one, you were standing within 100 feet of a drum full of them this summer.
