Eastern Command Formation

All I am looking for a Eastern Command Formation image, I have surfed all over the net tonight and have come up empty except fpr what replaced it.
I know it was a green shield with 3 white waves and eastern command under the shield roughly 9 by 6 inches.
Hoping someone may have a picture of it, Can any one help?
