Track Jack ID Required

I have had this item for many years and I really want to know what it fits.
Can any of you tank heads help me out here.

Track jack is for use on double pin Sherman track. The two pronged attachment on the bottom is for pulling off the end connectors.

prety sure it is the same as a Stuart M5 and M5A1 as well

It is actually an M3 Stuart jack. The end connector puller parts proved to be not man enough for Sherman and though issued for use was replaced with a modified version which substituted the stub pin with a jaw to put the pin in shear.
