An old girl at play

Hi Everyone.

For something different over the easter break while family and friends were gathered after stuffing themselves with the traditional sunday feast, everyone looked half asleep. So i sneaked away and give the old girl a bit of a tickle up ?? (and not that type of tickle up either). Everyone suddenly came too with the rumble of a side valve purrrrrring away, anyway here are some photos of the events for the rest of the day. Enjoyed by everyone.

Regards FLETCH.

?? Old Girl !

G'day Big Fella,

What is it with you and Old Girls??

Good to see her (and you) out and about having fun and putting her through her paces!

Is that a smile I see on your face - reminds me of an old saying I heard somewhere - something like "It's better than sex!!".

Have dug out some of those graphite cups you needed. Will send them up in the near future. Colin has your details so I'll get him to send them up.

Take care.

Regards,

Darian.

And the woman inside?

You know, the one who slaved all day cooking the lavish holiday dinner, complete with all the trimmings and festive decor? How did SHE take to the competition from the old side valve girl outside hmmmmmm?????? Mine would have skinned me.

Pardon my slowly-unthawing Canadian brain, but what is the holiday you, your carrier, the passengers and of course your lovely wife are celebrating?

Bruce and Terry

Hi Bruce and Terry.

Bruce as for your question the the Lady who slaved over the hot stove and organised the festive location is someone else's better half, and was more than ok with the old girl taking centre stage as she was let off the hook with entertaining the troops after mess.

Terry the holiday over here was a four day weekend to celebrate Easter. Us grown ups get the long weekend and the kids get two weeks which also their break between terms at school. As for the last part of your question (the wife bit) i class myself lucky i dont have one.

Regards; FLETCH.
