Gasket patterns

Just wondering whether anyone has taken the time to scan or draw (CAD) accurate patterns for cutting gaskets for the various parts on a CMP.

If so this is the place to share what you have done, although you'll need to host the images in full-size somewhere like Photobucket.

Hi Keith

Yes I have scanned gaskets and then printed the outlines on gasket stock.

There are a lot of tricks to it that when I have a moment I will post.

Biggest issue is that if you scan an old gasket or part do it at the highest resolution you can you will find there is less distortion. Also a lot of tricks to getting printer to actually print to size.

Below is a sample but because of the image restrictions you can see the detail.
