Yes, me too. The pic I think was taken in Italy and the men are Baltimore aircrew. There's also another out of focus vehicle in the background which looks a little like a Dodge ambulance head-on.

The door on the Dodge is open, obscuring part of the other vehicle. It does look like a CMP. cab 13.
