Carrier Angle Iron

Hi, Could some one tell me the size of the upturned angle iron piece that goes along the very rear of a Canadian built carrier, axle plate and mud guards are attached to it, i think its about 6' 6" long. I need to confirm thickness and angle size, someones but a piece on mine thats not correct. Any one in the uk need some old imperial angle iron?.
