While more closely examining the pictures of the Ford factory F8 pictures I noticed the below part. What is it? Does anybody have the plans/measurements for one?

That's the aerial mount on the wireless truck. The personnel version didn't have it so you'll have to make up your mind which version you're reproducing. I have drawings with dimensions for it.
