Guys..heres an oddball question..does anyone know of a WW2 Canadian General...Probably Armoured....nick named "Bucky"??

That 'Bucky' was a Colonel.

And your point Terry? :) The question was about BUCKingham not ROCKingham - unbless Rockingham was known as Bucky in which case it all becomes clear.
