Currently waiting for the snow storm to stop before contacting the Embassy as street parking will be near impossible. Then I may contact friends at International Affairs in Ottawa to get their read on the situation.

I'd just like to thank Mariano for his generous efforts to get a few of the small jacking bar clips to me. It has taken about 10 months and involved a third person, in another country.
