Binocular Collimator for sale by Crown Assets

For sale out of CFB Borden. Listed as 1940 manufacture, photos show broad arrow stamp. I have no idea if the minimum bid of $100 Canadian is good value or robbery. To me it's simply something I don't need to spend any money on but to a collector of such it might become a prize possession....
