Chris, see below for about all I could Google. Also do a search on this forum for "C60S Wrecker".

Wheels & Tracks back issue No. 34 features a good article on CMP Wreckers - Military twin-boom Breakdowns on Canadian Chevrolet and Ford Chassis.

Why do you need the info? Want to verify the wreck you just bought is indeed a C60S Wrecker? :)
