the carrier on the cover has no front wheel or the track is off.

There is a even better photo in the booklet

Tony Smith 27-06-09 16:53

Maybe there is an opportunity here for a Canadian Bulk order through Geoff, prepaid by PayPal, with *possibly* a wholesale discount for Geoff, the difference going toward Keeping Mapleleafup?:remember :salute:

Is that a T16 on the front cover?

Philp 29-06-09 09:47

The photographs was taken in 1945, so it is stripped by civilians and germansI am not that detailed in the carrier part, only about the use at arnhem :)

Paul Bellamy 30-06-09 01:08

Hi Philip,

I'll be in touch soon regarding a copy or two.

Trivia: The Carrier on the cover carries the unit marking for 11 Para Bttn., 4 Para Bde. (69 on a green square)

All the best,
PB

No, itīs a British/Canadian Universal Carrier. Look at the hull front, it slopes less than on the T16 and the box covering the steering gear is visible.

Philip, payment is on itīs way later today!

H.
