The outline drawing of the Glas II Suction Wing Glider doesn't show anything like a propellor, presumably the Aircraft was still a Glider, so what was the Ford V8 required for? Something about the "Suction Wing"?

Hi Tony,
The Mercury engine was inside the aircraft and powered a fan to draw in air, all described in this link;
