i know of a horrific amount of armour over in Italy... i would be up for a road trip :) Salerno Beach you can still walk along and find bits of CMP

That carrier seems familiar ?

Did it appear many years ago in Wheels & Tracks Magazine along with a CMP or something - both in a park for kids to play on.

It would take me weeks to find the original pics in W&T !

probably a MK1 as there does not appear to be the hole near the track gurad on the bulk head for the Wasp kit.

What ever it is, its a Canadian hull so it has a *. I think there were a lot of MkII's built before they started setting them all up as flame thower hulls.

Have a look at the engine side of Greg and Chris McDell's British carrier in the attached photo, and compare the differences between the two, with respect to the way the armour plate is let into the corners of the div. plate, and how the air duct is located.
