Gentlemen: Sorry, ran out of room on the last entry. The book at hand is in absolutely excellent shape with no tears or damages....except one little one. The bottom of the rear cover has become delaminated partially at the bottom as you can see with the attached photograph. A touch of adhesive would correct that issue. And No...I won't say "Easy Fix" like the Ebay, Craig's List and Marketplace IDIOTS say!!
