Quite an interesting and rare vehicle. I see there is a buyer's premium of 5% then a further 10%GST on top of that.

Trivia
Trivia
I have on DVD, a wartime movie made by one of the US army Govt. film units , the movie describes the distribution of military training movies around the globe during WW2 . The movie is on a DVD compilation of docos, I got it at the Warehouse store in Warragul. Anyway , they shot some scenes at the US army film distribution depot in Brisbane QLD . Two US soldiers walk out of a door and jump into a ..you guessed it, a 1941/2 Ford ute and drive off. More trivia , A former VMVC member at Yarra Junction, Bert, told us of his sisters boyfriend , a Yank soldier. Anyway, the guy would turn up to visit in a 41/42 Ford ute , it had been seconded to the US army in Australia. I know of and have seen pics of a RAAF convoy in the Northern territory , the convoy leader is driving , yes, a 41/42 Ford ute. Pics are not common . |
