An interesting read about Ken Hughes. I had a bit to do with him at Caboolture and Kingaroy. I bought a fair bit of stuff off him over the years. He was good friends with Russell Price from Price's Spare Parts in Dalby.
Ken always got first chop at anything military that came into Prices yard and also sold a bit through their yard.
My wife kids have a good memory of having a picnic in Ken's Caboolture farm yard with the little brook running through the middle, while I was given a tour of the goodies.
Lots of amazing stuff, Ken certainly new where to find rare military vehicles.
Thanks for your interesting posts Mike.

I have a CS8 Morris that Ken owned when he was at Kingaroy. I met Ken when he was running the museum at Caloundra.
