Parts for my F15A

Hello all,

I'm looking for various parts for my 1942 13 cab F15A.

Thank you Hanno for adding my pictures....some images sent to me to show what I need.

The centre sections of my chassis is rotten and thin, so I am looking to good sections of chassis to replace my rotten sections. between transfer box and rear axle. I'll even consider a good chassis, if i can't find localised sections.

I also need 2 x front 8-shaped spacers, bumper to irons.
Also 4 x U-bolts for securing the bull-bar to the bumper. Plus the 2 x cast blocks that go between the bumper and bull-bar.....secured by the U-bolts. Basically all the parts to secure the bull-bar to the bumper.

The small shield that fits behind the expansion tank.

The large under wing shield behind the steering box.

The shield that the horny and expansion tank bolt to.

Both rear tail light bracket panels, and the convoy lamp bracket.

Two doors.....but I may need to just repair my doors.

Rifle stowage brackets....body and floor parts.

I'm based in the UK on the south coast of England.....but I have friends in Canada who will ship parts easily.

Most grateful for any guidance, or parts.....as members/friends have suggested that this is the place to find them.

Stay safe and well.

Cheers! Stephen

It may be simpler and perhaps safer depending on how much you trust your welding skills to find a complete chassis rather than patching parts together. I have a spare frame in Canada but that isn't much use to you.

Hello Grant, I agree that a replacement chassis is the best option, as the chassis here is thin, rusty or poorly repaired. The rot wasn't cut out, and thick chunks of plate welded on chassis rails with thick weld, and a thick layer of paint. The cross sections I need are very thin and holy here, so they need to be replaced.
Do I hope to find another chassis in good condition, or do I repair this one?
I'm not worries about swapping the chassis, and your offer would be most grateful, but Canada to the UK! If I'd know earlier, I could have had the chassis in the container with the truck....lol.
No worries, as I do love the truck, but the rot is disappointing.
Cheers Stephen
