Unusual reg plate must be a Indian army thing ! What became of all of these captured vehicles , it seems virtually none of them survived the Japanese ownership ? Must have been a few thousand British/Indian/Australian vehicles in Malaya . Who took these pics? Must have been somebody with a interest in soft skin miltary vehicles . |

It looks like a Morris Commercial CS8. There is a British census number at top left hand of tailboard, prefix Z, but it appears to be within a group of un-allocated numbers. |
