Carrier Idler Wheel Re-rubbering

Hi all - I am considering commissioning a mold for this wheel, similar to my Carrier wheel re-rubbering. Before I do this I am looking for expressions of interest. I have no idea at this stage what the re-rubbering cost would be and I do not have any to do a sample run. Given that this would be a limited market, two per Carrier and the fact I do not have any, I need to carefully research the feasibility of this project. If anyone out there has a spare I could obtain it would be appreciated.

Bob, can you not just use your first mold and turn the rubber down to the correct diameter ? or am i missing something (which is highly likely)

Missing Something

Hi Richard - these wheels are the upper track support wheels and only a quarter size of the track wheels.

Those are small enough that they likely would be inexpensive to ship...are the Aussie return idlers the same as the Canuck ones?

No Go

Well due to the under-whelming response, this project will go on the back-burner.
