Chevrolet spare parts list C15-02 for C15 4x2

I am looking for the Chevrolet C15 4x2 Cab 13 spare parts list "C15-02". I presume it is the one listed below.

Original preferred, copy also considered.

May have other manuals in (part) exchange, let me know what you are looking for.

Thanks for any tips & hints!

Regards,
Hanno

This is the Chevrolet Illustrated Army Parts Catalogue 1940-1941.

This covers 8cwt, 15cwt (4×2 and 4×4) 30cwt, 3 ton and F.A. Gun Tractor, so this must be the predecessor of the individual parts lists published for the various vehicle types.

Being this early, I presume the Cab 13 is not included.

Hanno,

Quite correct. However, the later (no. 197, August 1942) version of that parts list does cover the 13 cab (as well as 11 & 12 cabs). Note the C8A Heavy Utility isn't included. :teach: I've never seen another original one, but these folks list a reprint copy on their site:

I have no experience with that vendor, btw.

Cheers,
Owen.

Not that I am aware of.... but feel free to prove me wrong. I would expect any tools listing to be either in the parts list for the vehicle or in the driver's / operator's handbook (as the operator would be the one using the tools for the routine maintenance).

Hello Grant,

See my PM and email - do you still sell copies of the C15-02 spares parts list?

Owen,

Thanks for the info. Last week I missed out on a Parts List No.197 (see pic) :bang:

Here's hoping Grant is willing to sell me a copy of the Parts List C15-02...

Otherwise I will get the No.197 from the company in Belgium. I have no experience with them either but their sample plages look great.

Cheers,
Hanno

Hanno, Are you specifically wanting C15-02? Why not the more common C15-03?

Hello Brian,

What I’m looking for is a specific parts list covering the Cab 13 C15. I knew about the earlier generic one. shown above, the C15-02 only from Grant’s listing. Never seen one myself, nor did I know there is a later C15-03.

If you know of one for sale, please let me know.

Thanks,
Hanno

Hanno Spoelstra 30-01-19 16:50

May appreciated, Lang!

Of course, if there was a C15-02 and C15-03, there must have been a C15-01.

I'll await your PM.

Thanks,
Hanno

Bob Carriere 30-01-19 17:47

I have an early one....

No 175 January 1941 and Hanno is correct it does not include the cab 13 .

The Instruction Book for Driving, maintenance and repairs date July 1940 has some good information and unique cross section diagrams.

There is a Chev parts list for the 15 cwt 4x4 and has little note that says

This parts list applies to all vehicles of this model from start of production up to and including those symbol NO.C15A-01, C15A-02...-03---04 on publication date...... May 1945....and that is a copy from Grant....

...and similar annotation exists on the 60-01...-02....-03 manual.

I would love to see a manual for the specific C15..... will check with Grant...

Tools listing and pictures is in the driver's manual

BCA 30-01-19 22:01

Hanno: PM sent regarding availability of a very nice repro or used original C15-03, May 1945. … Brian

Hello Bob,

Grant has offered Parts List C15-02 in the past - see the quote from his listing in my first posting of this thread.

If you check with Grant, please ask him if he is still doing copies of CMA-01 MAJOR ASSEMBLIES MANUAL. I have contacted him, but have not heard back from him yet.

Thanks,
