3/4 ton trailer in Ontario, CDN

I am looking to purchase a clean and serviceable M101 type 3/4 ton trailer. I would like something located in Ontario, and with minimal civilian mods. I am looking for a trailer with 16 inch wheels not 20 inch please.
Please PM me if you have or can put me onto this type of trailer.
thanks.. Bob Phillips

Bob, sounds like you are looking for one of the Manac built 3/4 tons.
They are a great trailer behind a pickup truck, it’s my go-to for dump runs, sand and gravel, building materials etc.
Will keep eyes open for you.

3/4 ton trailer

Bob, I have seen one of these trailers in front of a house on Hwy 10 north of Brampton. Don't know if it is for sale. I haven't stopped for a detailed look or made any inquiries, but could do on your behalf if you wish next time I am in that area. Or I can give you specific directions and you can check it out for yourself.

I suspect a seasonal trend.....

Hardly any postings on Kijiji or FB...... yet last Fall there were literally dozens for sales....... they sometimes are listed as "overlanders trialer" for remote 4x4 camping....... I can't beleive they were all sold before years end......

Bob P. how original do you want it to be???? 5 bolts Dodge rims or the later civilian 16 inch rims..... how critical are the bows??? tarp????

I may take a drive on the PQ side there were some(s) in a yard at about $2500 in relatively good shape.....but ....probably buried deep in snow and ice right now and for another 4 weeks.... are you in a rush??

PM me for/with details

....a fellow scrounger!!!!

Thanks Mel and Bob for your sleuthing efforts! I hope to find something fairly complete and original, and frankly can pay the going rate for a nice trailer. Mel if you happen to be going by the trailer you described, perhaps you could get a name , phone number price etc. Bob you are correct, there were several for sale last year some the old style and a couple of the newer style that Chris referred to. Lots of the quarter ton jeep type trailers out there yet. I am not in a big rush but would hope to find something to use this summer. I may hang out a "trailer wanted" shingle at our up and coming MV show. Again, all leads gratefully appreciated!
