Lest we forget

Hi All

Post WWII pictures. Who would have believed some of these photos? INCREDIBLE!! Show them to all and remember your relatives who served.
Well worth the look. The first 44 photos in this collection are pretty amazing, but photo #45 is a real eye opener. I had heard that these guys existed but this is the first time I had ever seen a photo of them.

You probably never have, and most likely will never see these photos again. I don't know where they've been but some are brilliant.:remember:remember:remember

Thanks for the link Tony. I remember a radio news report when I was in primary school sometime in the 60's that Japanese solders were found in New Guinea who didn't know the war was over.

Hi Robert

As a kid I also recall reading about Japanese troops who did not know the war was over and who continued on in the jungle for many years.

Cheers
