Windsor Carrier
 

I realize that this is the carrier forum, so the only carrier content is that I saw and photographed a Windsor on Gold Beach in Normandy. You can see photos of it by going to my home page and clicking the link under the Normandy heading. 500 plus photos from my trip.

Thanks for posting the link to your picasa album. I saw the Windsor as well, excellent condition and great V8 sound.

The rusty hulk at the Batterie Todt museum is a Cruiser A13. I believe the recovery was published in After the Battle magazine.
