GMC Fox MK I and Otter MK I

OK, what color interior should a November 1943 GMC Fox MK I be silver or white, or was there a different Canadian color? Same question for a 42 Otter MK I?

White and white. To be more specific it's a thick, chalky paint that's semi-gloss and fades to a dirty yellow with age.
