7th Division Markings
 

So I am looking to fluff up my C60L to resemble one that was used in the middle east by the Australian 7th (due to finding a local connection in a friend's grandfather who served with them).
Am familiar with bridge plate and Kookaburra/boomerang on black square as div. marking - however; using this familiar pic for reference - there are a lot of other numbers and marks around the place.
I guess I need to find out a unit to determine number and background colour for unit plate - any info on door number etc. or point me in the right www. direction would be appreciated.
While my Chev is a workshop truck, I intend to depict it as one pressed into service as stores etc. - hope this isn't too much of a crime against restoration - a fair bit of ad-libbing happened in the desert ...
