My pleasure, always interesting to see these "barn finds" popping up. It seem this was the only military vehicle in the collection. It was safeguarded like "Fort Knox" :)

The turret is one off a Grant; surely there is a hull for it out there somewhere.

Seems there are remnants of markings on the side of the turret.

Yes, I did, started it off at 25K, it ended up at $97610AU with buyers premium
and GST, Cheers Andrew.

I read it as "Lot closed - Winning bid:$86,000 excluding Illingworth Auction 12.5% + GST (total 13.75%)" = $97,825, right?

Damm!, was I $200 bucks out!

That's a fair bit of change on a receipt of almost 100 grand :D
