Here is a picture from Clive's Factory Photos CD.

You also see the jack appear in some other factory pictures, both Ford as well as Chev. I presumed it was a 3Ton jack, but it seems it also appears in the tool layout of the cab 11 C15A

Hello Alex,

Thanks for that. I did a further search (like I should have done before asking  ), and found this is most likely a jack made by Auto Specialties in Canada. Will clean it and check for further markings.
Ref. Heavy duty jack needs identification; Four Ton Auto Specialties Jack and Handle

From the GM Service Information Bulletins "Jack identification and overview" posted by Jordan Baker I learnt this jack is the 3rd and 4th type labelled as "E" and "F". It should be used by FAT, 30-cwt, 3-ton and 15-cwt 4x4 trucks. So it will go nicely with my F15A.

The one on the left in your photo is also shown in the famous tool display photo. This seems to be the "B" type jack as issued to the 15-cwt 4x2 and Heavy Utility (C8A) trucks.

Heavier vehicles like the Otter and C60X use a hydraulic bottle jack.
