McCormick tractor - was this ex-military or ex-civilian?

At the end of the war anything with wheels was in demand. . .

The stacked car is a French Simca (Fiat License) followed by a Peugot van.
I would suspect the tractor is ex-civilian only by the uncovered headlamps. They were sold all over Europe before the war as were Caterpillar and other makes.
The Baby Carriage photo is truly priceless!!!!!

Taken in Belgium in 1944 is this captured BMW 326 convertable put to good use by the British, note the Humber 8cwt ambulance in the background with no red cross markings it could be one of a small fleet operated by the BBC in the field

That's a wonderful photo Hanno, still displaying the early style 4th Infantry Division insignia (with the top right 1/4 displaced rather than the later top left style).

Perhaps the place of capture was more likely De Panne than Dunkirk itself ?

The # 12 Cab appears to be a Chevrolet ...possibly to S/M 2019 and captured in the desert. The other one in Greece seems to be a # 11 cab to me..sorry if I am wrong! This would have been one of the huge numbers assembled in Alexandria and then shipped to Greece.

Going on the radiator guard it's a Ford cab 11. The previous shot is a C60L cab 12, correct!

I can't tell which model the Ford is from the cab but I would hazzard a guess that it is to S/M 2002 or 2003...one of those assembled in Alexandria (from December 1940 or January 1941).

Transport commandeered by other forces was not limited solely to cars, trucks and AFVs as witnessed by this picture of B17 which crash landed. I'm not sure which side currently has possession of this aircraft as I haven't ID'd the vehicles tending to the crash. The dot over the vertical stabilizer covers, I'm sure, a Swastika. Any thoughts as to what vehicles are present in this pic?

A very clear photo of what I take to be a Morris CS8 that has been rebodied (umbauwagen) by the Germans and a very tidy conversion at that.

Note that they have covered over the angled portion of the cowl and installed rectangular windscreens unlike what the Brits did with vehicles fitted with windscreens and doors where the windscreens followed the angle of the cowl.

While we're on the subject of "Under new Management", here's an interesting twist that I don't think has been seen on this forum before. This picture shows a group of G.I.s driving a Gaz 64, reportedly in Italy as stated in the caption. I'm not convinced this picture was taken in Italy as it would be rare to see a Communist vehicle in a Fascist country, no?
