Nice to get the MV out for a run pre-spring, keep the fluids moving! Great pic.

Hi Darcy. Yes its good to keep the oil moving and batteries charged. I really don't like the idea of road salt getting on my jeeps. Luckily, Im far enough from the pavement that I can do lots of driving on gravel (snow/ice) roads without needing to worry about salt. The NDCC's leave a lot to be desired as far as handling on snow though.
Phil: so far our frost is still in the ground here, but there are a few bare spots on the gravel roads that get a muddy surface in the afternoon sun. We will be thawing out in the next month, Im sure. Still lots of snow for now... |

Out for a spin last weekend. The jeep is running well. Might be time to start the M37 project. Someone recently loaded me up with most of the parts I need to get it going, so I don't really have any excuses...

Beautiful photos, Wayne.
Had to look at them twice to take in the jeep! David |
That doesn't look like Water Valley Wayne, not even Dogpound!!
Nice photos, I miss the mountains. |

Hey Wayne. Nothing happening this summer unfortunately. Maybe next year. I'm on schedule for a large project with OPG for the rest of this year, then again spring and fall 2021.

I take it the intermittent miss has not re-appeared?
When I was retired, I would drive to the base and pick up the mail and a coke. On the way home I would head into the Spruce Woods forest and go to a clearing and read the paper. Absolute solitude. Almost makes me want to retire again. |

I would love to have the "option" to retire at will. Its important to have a place where you can get away forget about the crowds and stress of work. |

Hi Wayne. You should consider submitting one of your photos in the mountains with your jeep to Kaiser Willys. Their annual photo contest for their calendar closes at the end of August.
