pictures for the book...
I'm looking forward to your book. esspecially the chapter on Loyd carriers. In your mail you where looking for pictures of restorated carriers for in the book. does this also concern Loyd carriers? And if so, can these also be unrestorated? In that case I can mail you a few pics of my Loyd including types, numbers etc.
Let me know if your interested. greetings, Roland The pictures and data can also been seen on the Loyd carrier thread somewhere on carrier page. |
Carrier piccies
Roland yes, Loyd pictures are included. In the last volume I am hoping to make part of it a record of all surviving carriers and their numbers, a mammoth task I know but someone has to start! However I do want to have a chapter dealing with the restored carriers, loyds and dragons if someone has one of those, and a wee bit about their owners and restorers (also you guys with those beasties in the inback, I mean outback, or should it be rightback who knows?!. So everyone get those digital cameras whirring and dig the snow, sand and mud off your vehicles, on second thoughts leave it on for effect as long as you can breath when driving it should be a good pic!!!
Thanks Nigel |
