Here it is this afternoon with all the old twisted steel replaced. and tool plate fitted, this needs new brackets thats the next job,

I guys had a full day on the carrier replacing all that twisted steel at the back end,this is a befor and after taken this morning

Thats alot of Hand hammering RON!! GOOD show lad, you'll be finished with your carrier before me:) even tho I had a 8 month head start. Cheers

Here is a little update spent the day fitting track support rings to my carrier its an early one and they were not fitted with them at that time, Did not have a track winch so made do with a chain block

Hi Guys finally got the track rings on the right hand side this morning

It was such a beautiful morning so I decided to take off the bogies ready to get the wheels retired

Here is the right hand bogie off and hanging on a chain block

After 40 years of sitting in a semi desert it does not do much for the rubber tyres, with luck they will soon be like new again

The car is an E Type V 12 Jaguar, nice to drive,series two 1974.
