For Jeff Davis:
Recently retired CIC offr, Captain, IPC 10. Went CIC when CRA crept up. Bought myself 10 more years of CD TIR. Xferred fm PrRes Infantry. Was DCO, Admin O, Musketry O, Supp O plus other DLSJO stuff. Did Attending Officer duties at a court trial, did Escort Officer for IACE, did lots of Cl B stuff. Enjoyed it all...some Reserve Battalion COs would weep if they knew the Fin Sup that the CCM have available to them. Jeff: Make sense?...others, puzzled by the abbreviations? |
Used to get lots of transfers to the C.I.C come retirement age
prolongs your service life without getting the door slammed on your but on the way out. currently retired but have joined the Fire Dept in my town. Fire Trucks are interesting but not Green. enjoying practicing for things that Happen rather than things that could happen ,like in the reserves regards Jeff P.S Carrier looks great I will use some of your photos to bring mine up to snuff. |
My carrier is going to be a restoration of a famous British Regt, Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, who fought in tobruk and normandy, accualy my recreated RNF unit has a great association with the Vets of the RNF in England and the Mordern Regt, Royal Regt of Fusiliers.
