1,2. Albion WD 131.
3. Albion ? It's very similar to the 131, but has a different headlight layout. There was also a 133, but I couldn't find any information about it.

Barclays Bank, Palestine, 1936. The passenger car is an Austin 7. It's probably an APD model. I couldn't identify the truck.

1. Ford M1936. 8th Hussars, British Army, Palestine, 1936.
2. Ford M1940. Jordan, Amman, September 11, 1940.
I have the same question about both cars: where were they assembled and from what components (English, American or British)?

Can't answer your query. But found a website with many pics https://tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/u...alestine-1936/

900 -13 tyres have a pre-war history. I believe oil company teams were using vehicles fitted with the tyres during the 1930s in the Middle East.

This Ford pickup appears to be fitted with 900-13.

The photo is signed - Ford 30 cwt. Judging by the right-hand drive, I assume this is a British Fordson. Model - unknown. According to the American analogy, this is probably Model AA?

The petrol tank is located in the cowl, in front of the windscreen. Army vehicles of the time, had civilian registration . The civilian registration prefix is MG ?? The registration label is in the round disc, seen just below the Army script: WVEE V.2??6 MAX SPEED ?? MPH

One of my Morris wrecks has a tyre with the same diagonal tread pattern ( 900-16 )
